Guiness Cupcakes

- 1 cup stout (Guinness or other Irish full-bodied beer)
- 1 cup butter, room temperature
- ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1½ tsp baking soda
- ¾ tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- ⅔ cup sour cream
- Whip the butter in the bowl of an electric mixer for several minutes
- Slowly add powdered sugar and combine. Mix in Bailey's
- Pipe frosting onto cupcakes
